Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona will be holding a FREE American Academy of Dermatology SPOTme™ skin cancer screening at both of our locations in July. (See dates and time below.)
Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer and everyone is at risk, even those with darker skin colors. While skin cancer is highly treatable when caught early, it can be deadly.
Skin cancer can be detected by a dermatologist during a visual exam of your skin. A skin cancer screening only takes a few minutes.
SPOTme™ is the free skin cancer screening program of the American Academy of Dermatology. Since 1985, Academy dermatologists have conducted more than 2.4 million free skin cancer screenings and have detected nearly 238,000 suspicious lesions, including more than 26,500 suspected melanomas.
